OUR WEEK IN SNAPSHOTS

What is better than waking up to hot, fresh donuts?? My family loves donuts but unfortunately we don't get them very often due to the fact that they are not the healthiest choice. Every once in a while, I get a craving and decide to surprise my family with a dozen warm, gooey donuts for breakfast. Best way to start a week, just saying. Besides the tasty treats, the week only got sweeter. Our son has been going number one and two on the potty all week which has had me smiling from ear to ear. Seriously! Anyone who has had to potty train a toddler understands what a glorious achievement this is. Just when I thought the week couldn't get any better, we got our first snow storm this year. Well more like ice storm than snow. We got to "ice skate" in our backyard which was a blast. To end this week, we took a last minute trip to the aquarium where we got to see our favorite turtle, Crush. So that's not really his/her name but my Finding Nemo loving children thought it was fitting and I couldn't agree more. So that was our week and I look forward to the next one.
